Dorothy Merritt, age 90, of West Palm Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 20, 2011, after a long battle with Alzheimers. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Joyce and William Stone; two grandchildren Jennifer Stone and Michael (Janet) Stone; sister Phyllis Johnson and brother-in-law Glenn Merritt. Visitation will be on Saturday May 28, 2011 beginning at 10:00am followed by funeral services at 11:00am at Palms West Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in West Palm Beach.
