Dorothy L Hayes

Dorothy Lee Hayes, age 98 of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, passed away on September 25, 2021. Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to George and Lee Morgan, Dorothy worked as an audiologist for the University of Wisconsin until her retirement. She was a selfless and caring person who loved quilting and writing for the Devonshire newsletter. Predeceased by her husband, Claude Hayes, her daughter, Ann Hanrahan, and her son, Steven Hayes. Survived by granddaughter, Kristi (Michael) Thomaston of Palm Beach Gardens; grandson, Benjamin (Chelsea) Hanrahan of Germany; son-in-law, Michael (Theresa) Hanrahan of Palm Beach Gardens; and soon to be great-grandson. A service will be held on October 9, 2021 at 11am at St. David's In The Pines Episcopal Church, 465 Forest Hill Blvd., Wellington, FL 33414 followed by a short burial ceremony at the columbarium and then a reception.
