Donna J. Berkowitz

Donna Berkowitz, born August 16, 1955, passed away peacefully under hospice care on Monday, February 12, 2024. She was surrounded by her loving family. Donna is survived by her children, Doug, Dawn (Sissy) and husband Brian, Justin and wife Katharine, her cherished grandchildren Dominic, Isabella, Rebekah, Brianna, Brandon, Dylan, Decker, Johnny III, Jenna, Niya, Mayci, Justin Jr., Logan, Ashton, Anna, Amelia, and Ava, & great-grandchild Nora Also survived by her fiancé James Hart, and her siblings Jerry (Linda), Ronald (Anna), James (Linda), Deborah (Ed), Denise (John), and Darla (John) along with many nieces and nephews Donna was preceded in death by her parents Donald and Evelyn Barkley, her husbands John Proctor Sr. and Samuel Berkowitz, her brother Donald Jr. and her son Johnny Proctor Jr. Donna will be remembered for her boundless love, kindness, and generosity, which touched the lives of everyone she met. Her memory will continue to survive through everyone who knew & loved her.
