Donald Paul Lutz

Donald Lutz, 68, of West Palm Beach, passed away Friday afternoon, July 11th, 2008 at his home of an illness. Born on August 3rd, 1939 to parents Harry and Charlotte Lutz, Don was raised in Syracuse, New York. Don moved to West Palm Beach, Florida in 1987. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and was stationed in Japan. He later worked for Hall?s Motor transit trucking company in Syracuse, New York for 22 years and was a local member of the Teamsters 317 in West Palm Beach. He was also President of the Dorchester Condominium Board of Directors at Century Village in West Palm Beach. Don also enjoyed playing billiards and was a member of the APA. Donald will be remembered and loved by all including, his loving wife Peggy, of 31 years, his three loved daughters, Dawn and Diana Lutz of Syracuse, New York, Darcy Goicochea of West Palm Beach, his five loved step-children, Mark Sweenie, Denise Weiss, Douglas Sweenie, Deborah Blanchard and Russell Michaels, and 12 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, his brother Robert Lutz of Rochester, New York, and sister Marilyn Schleigel of Syracuse, New York, and several nieces and nephews. A memorial visitation will be held from 6-8 PM on Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at Palms West Funeral Home. His family will always love him and miss him dearly.
