Donald J. Ballog, 80,of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on Monday, March 15, 2010. Born in Vermillion, Ohio. He was the son of John and Irene (Weber) Ballog.
Donald's memory will be cherished by his daughter Kathy Bohan, his cousin Randy Simmons, his 13 grandchildrend and 7 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held 12:00 PM on Monday, March 22, 2010 at Palms West Funeral Home. Burial will follow at South Florida National V.A Cemetery.
