Domenico "Nico" Alex Opiela Ii

Domenico "Nico" Alex Opiela unexpectedly passed away on Monday, November 6th, 2017 in Royal Palm Beach, FL where he resided. Born in Wheaton, MD on July 2nd, 1998, Nico had a kind soul, a huge heart, and a passion for life. He loved watching and playing hockey, was a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Nico always greeted everyone with the biggest, most handsome smile. He graduated from Royal Palm Beach High School and was employed as an AC mechanic. He loved his mom, dad, brother, and sister above all else. Nico was a great kid, who like all of us, fought battles that he yearned to overcome. He is deeply missed by so many people, beyond measure. Nico is survived by his Mother- Nicole Opiela(Royal Palm Beach), Father- Domenico Opiela(Deerfield Beach), Brother- Anthony Opiela(Royal Palm Beach), Sister- Samantha Opiela Parker & Niece Maxine Love Parker(Port St Lucie), Grandparents- Margret Spence & Brad Hutchinson(GA), Micheal & Rilla Opiela(TN), Aunt- Christina Ortiz & Uncle- Nori Ortiz(GA), Cousins-Tico & Tiana Ortiz, four Uncles, Two Aunts, & five cousins (VA). Life is a precious, unpredictable rollercoaster. Take each day to say what you mean and mean what you say, to love without faults, and always tell those who matter most, how much they mean to you. No goodbyes, just see you later. Rest in heaven, our sweet Nico.
