Diana Marie Woolridge a/k/a Cookie - Born August 19, 1953 in St Louis, Missouri and passed away peacefully June 12, 2020 at home in Royal Palm Beach, Florida while in VITAS Hospice Care after a short battle with Brain Cancer. Cookie lived a simple, old fashioned lifestyle, still clinging to the lost art of home cooked meals from scratch and past times of hanging your laundry on the clothes line. She lived for her family, to leave a great reputation and to love all to the best of her ability. Cookie was happiest while in her kitchen cooking for her family or in her yard tending to her plants. Cookie worked with Solitron Devices in Riviera Beach for 43 years and gave her all to everything she did. At Solitron she went by her formal name of Diana. She kept a sticky note with her that read "Even If you're assigned as a ditch digger, be the best ditch digger there is!" That sums up how she handled her work and home life completely! She gave it her all. Cookie is survived by her husband, Robert Davis, 2 daughters - Kimberly Nichols and Jenny Mello, 2 sons by marriage - David Nichols and John Mello, Mother - Mary Nesselhauf, 2 Brothers - Bruce Nesselhauf and Allen Nesselhauf, sister - Wendy Nesselhauf, 3 grandchildren - Barrett Gavalas, Hunner Nichols, Trey Nichols, 2 Great Grandchildren - Weston David and Haven Monroe, Preceded in death by her Father - Lawrence Nesselhauf, as well as several nieces and nephews. In Lieu of Flowers donations can be made to VITAS Hospice Care of West Palm Beach, Florida.
