Dhanwanti Jeethan

With heavy hearts and our deep devotion, we announce the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother, Dhanwanti "Chano" Jeethan, devoted wife of the late Deodath 'Balay' Jeethan, who left us on October 15, 2025. Born in Trinidad, Dhanwanti lived a life guided by her faith, gentle spirit, and compassion. Her journey took her from Trinidad to Canada, and later settled in Florida where she lived the remainder of her life. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend whose kindness, generosity, and gentle nature touched the lives of all who knew her peaceful spirit. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Linda, Katie, and Lalita, and her son Paul; her sons-in-law Emanuel and Glenn; and her treasured grandchildren Megan, Dylan, Jessica, Jordan, Angeli, Michael, Mason and Mitchell, who will forever carry her light, teachings, and her boundless love in their hearts. Dhanwanti will be remembered for her enduring love of family, her strength of spirit, and the quiet grace. Final rites will be held on Thursday October 23, 2025 at Palm West Funeral Home and Crematory, 110 Business Park Way, Royal Palm Beach, Florida, 33411, followed by prayers for the peaceful journey of her soul.
