Dennis Ronald Robbins

Dennis Ronald Robbins, age 53, died peacefully Monday morning at Bethesda East Hospital after his strong battle with pancreatic cancer. Dennis is survived by his wife, Rebekah; two daughters and sons in law, Brooke and Wes Stewart, Holley and Brent Lavy; his first grandchild, Oliver Lavy; his parents, Ronald and Margaret Robbins; his brother, Tim Robbins; and his sister, Rachel Shrum and her family. Dennis was born in Linton, Indiana, and then spent many years as a missionary with his parents in Egypt and Ethiopia. He then moved to North Carolina where he met and married his love, Rebekah, at a young age. He spent 4 years in the United States Air Force and then worked for Delta Airlines as an Aircraft Technician and Inspector for 27 years. He served faithfully on the Point Team at Christ Fellowship Boynton Beach for many years. Dennis was a kind, compassionate, loving, and selfless person. His faith in God and relationship with Jesus was evident to all who had the privilege of knowing him. Dennis was a steadfast example of a consistent Christian with an unwavering faith in God, a person of integrity with a passion for his family, and a love for all people. Dennis' heart was for lost souls and he will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. As Christians, we are grateful for the reality of Heaven where we know we will see him again one day. A viewing will be held at Christ Fellowship South Campus on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at 9:15 AM with a service at 10:00 AM.
