David Moscarelli Rizzo

David Moscarelli Rizzo was born December 29, 1932 in Long Island City, NY. He passed away peacefully this Tuesday, March 10, 2020 in Wellington, Florida at 87 years old. Family always came first to Dave, and he was a good friend and mentor to many. He was a legendary figure in polo for over 60 years being an accomplished outdoor and arena player, horse trainer, seller and club manager. Predeceased by his Beloved wife Marilyn and son Paul (Ella), sister Marie (John) and brother Vinny (Suzanne). Survived by daughters Joan (Steven) and Lynn (Larry), and sister Katherine (Pat), grandchildren David, Joseph (Tia), Madilyn (Stephano), Paul and Gary, Great grandchildren Otis, Mae and David, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. We invite family and friends to share in his celebration of life service to be held on April 4th 2020 from 2:00-4:00pm at the Museum of Polo & Hall of Fame @ 9011 Lake Worth Rd.
