Courtney Tavares

On Thursday January 5th, Courtney A. Tavares, loving wife and mother, passed away at the age of forty years old. She was born to Linda and Ronald Gaub. She is survived by her husband Michael Tavares, son Nathaniel Tavares, mother Linda Gaub, and brothers Kyle and Evan Gaub. Courtney was an active aquarist, botanist, and counselor. She enjoyed all components of being outdoors and nature. Courtney was a bright soul who brought happiness and sunshine to many. She was quick witted and snarky. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and will be deeply missed. Services will be held on Thursday, January 12th at 1 o'clock pm at Palms West Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations to her GoFundMe for the benefit of Nate would be greatly appreciated.
