Connie Marie Noto passed away on Friday, April 3, 2026, at Palms West Hospital. She was 84 years old, just three weeks shy of her 85th birthday.

She was born on April 26, 1941, in Mount Morris, New York, to Frank and Christine Bartolotti. A graduate of Mount Morris High School, Connie continued her education at Bryant & Stratton before beginning a career as a flight attendant. That role took her around the world and sparked a lifelong love of travel. She embraced every destination with the curiosity and fearlessness that defined her—never afraid of the next horizon.

After her time in the skies, Connie continued to pursue her passion for travel as a travel agent in Rochester. She later discovered her true calling with Mary Kay Cosmetics, where she thrived. A natural salesperson and leader, she built her own team (“Connie’s Cuties”) and rose to the role Senior Sales Director. She cherished her annual trips to the Mary Kay Convention in Dallas, Texas, and became the first woman in Upstate New York to earn the iconic pink Cadillac sales award.  On May 22nd, 1965, Connie married the love of her life, Joe Noto. They raised their family in Rochester, NY and then made the move to Palm Beach Gardens, FL in 1985 where Connie continued to expand her Mary Kay network while keeping a close bond to her family and friends in New York. She attended Our Lady Queen of the Apostles Church in Royal Palm Beach.

Connie was bold in style, candid in speech, and unapologetically herself. Those who worked alongside her knew they could count on honesty, energy, and plenty of laughter. She loved listening to music, whether it was listening to her husband play the trumpet, her son Joe play the drums, attending concerts with her son, Tom or listening to her Grandchildren Joe and Macy sing together.

Family meant everything to her, and she brought that same vibrant spirit to every gathering—often at the center of it, always leaving a lasting impression. Connie had a gift for conversation and a natural instinct for people. She never met a stranger—only someone she hadn’t yet asked enough questions. She made everyone she spoke with feel like the most interesting person in the room.

Connie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joseph Noto (October 13, 2003); her parents, Frank (July 29, 2005) and Christine Bartolotti (April 28, 1979); her sister, Marianne (January 1, 1973); and her brother, Frank Bartolotti (July 10th, 2021).

She is survived by her sons, Joseph Noto (Shari) and Tom Noto; her niece, Rachel Harter (Adam); her grandchildren, Joseph and Macy; her great-nephew and great-nieces, Bryce, Hayley, and Sienna Harter; sister-n-law Margaret Bartolotti; and a host of other nieces, nephews and cousins who loved her dearly.

Connie lived with spirit, curiosity, and conviction—and she leaves behind a legacy of warmth, strength, and unforgettable presence.

May she rest in peace.
