Concepcion Chacon

Concepcion Chacon, Age 91, of West Palm Beach, FL passed away December 18, 2009. He is survived by his sons Israel Chacon (Nereida), Dennis Chacon, and David Chacon; daughters Aida Sanchez and Olga Cordova (George); sisters Juanita Alicea and Mariam Cruz; 10 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Monday, December 21, 2009 at Palms West Funeral Home in Royal Palm Beach, FL. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at 10:30 am at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery in Royal Palm Beach, FL, with burial to follow.
