My family and the community had our hero transition on Wednesday, August 10th, 2022 when Mrs. Marie Claudette Fequiere Jean-Louis favorably known as Ms. Claudette, passed away at the young age of 69. Born on January 18, 1953 in Port-au-Prince, Haiti to her loving parents, Ersulia Paul and Seneque Fequiere. She was loved by her community where she grew up. After meeting her husband and getting married, she found her way to Brooklyn, New York. There she accomplished many feats. She was a housekeeper, then worked her way to a CNA and graduating nursing school. After surviving Breast Cancer, Claudette moved to West Palm Beach, FL. There she joined St. Anne's Catholic Church and devoted her life to serving the Haitian Community and the Catholic Church. Her contributions to the lives of many include the creation of many groups in the church, teaching First Communion Class, Confirmation Class and many more. She was a wedding planner for some, an event decorator for others. She often times did it all with no compensation, simply out of the goodness of her heart. If she wasn't at church, you can find her tending to her garden which she loved. All the way to her last days nothing gave her more joy than spending time with her family and friends. Always laughing and making sure everyone's life was in order. Claudette is survived by her loving husband Mycnel. Her two children Mycnel Jr. and Claudine. Her grandchildren Deja, Jayde, Barrington, Jayden, Jessiyah, Rylend and Jeremiyah. Her brothers Monplaisier (wife Ketelie), Raymond and Nono. Her sisters Carol (husband Auxilon), Fabiola, Evelyn, Gina and Michou. Her nephews Ralph, Rudy and Garlande. Her nieces Natacha, Regina, Stephanie, Patricia, Bibianne, Marsha, Wendy, and Marilynn. Her adoptive sister Marie Lourdes Fequiere. Her Best Friend Maxo. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Immacula, brother Emmanuel and adoptive mother Merlotte Fequiere. Her legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of everyone she interacted with as well as those she reached but never met. A mother figure to many, a sister to some but a friend to us all. She is with the God she served and will continue to watch over us all
