Christian H.F. Schuh

In the early hours of April 2nd, 2023, Christian Schuh, a beloved brother, husband, father and friend, passed away at the age of 63 surrounded by family in the comfort of his home after a long battle with cancer. He was born in Frankfurt, Germany to Eduard and Karin, and spent his childhood with his parents and two younger siblings, Florian and Katharina in Söcking, Germany. After serving in the military, his career in information technology brought him to the United States where he met his wonderful wife, Judy. They married in 1988 and are survived by two children, Patrick and Kaely, and one deceased. Christian's enthusiasm for sports, traveling and spending time with friends and family was known by all around him. He served on the board and was an active member of the American German Club of the Palm Beaches, and he was the founding president of the Stern Des Südens South Florida fan club. He enjoyed many trips back to Germany with family and friends, and traveled and cruised to other destinations such as Ireland, Austria, Italy, Spain and the Caribbean. There were also many trips to support his favorite FC Bayern Munich, Florida Panthers and Inter Miami. Many will have known Christian for his loyalty, empathy, wisdom, leadership, fun-loving personality and determination to live life to the fullest. He was always there for his family, friends, colleagues and club members to lend an ear, a shoulder or words of advice, and was a mentor for many. Loved ones are welcome to send flowers or gifts, but are also welcome to make a donation to the American Cancer Society in his memory. A visitation will be held on April 5th from 3 to 7 pm and a funeral service held on April 6th at 10:30 am, both at the Palms West Funeral Home on State Road 7 in Royal Palm Beach, FL.
