Chloe E. Rathbun

Rathbun, Chloe Eloise Sullins Heaven gained an angel when Chloe, 94, passed into the arms of her Lord and Savior on November 11, 2013. Born January 9, 1919 in Metamora, Ohio, Chloe married her high school sweetheart, Franklin John, who preceded her in death in 1990. Chloe dedicated her life to her family and her faith. She and her husband helped establish Jog Road Baptist Church and were active members for many years. Chloe was generous, loving, and selfless to all she met. Some of her greatest joys were baking for others and family game night. Chloe was a sweet spirit who will truly be missed by all who had the joy of knowing her. She is survived by her 6 children, son, Lee (Nancy), son Roger (Linda), daughter Sally Bailey (Douglas), son Tom, son Rex (Nancie), son Kyle (Deborah), and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family will be hosting a viewing on Friday from 6pm to 8pm and a service on Saturday at 10am. Both will take place at Jog Road Baptist Church.
