Charlotte Ann Shumski

Charlotte Ann Verzaro Shumski Age 65 of Lakeworth,Fl. entered into eternal rest on November 5th 2016. Born on March 28th 1951. Charlotte was raised in Fairfield, Ct. and a long time resident of Stratford, Ct. Charlotte's career as a cosmetologist spanned over 43 years. She also owned various businesses in Fairfield County. Her passions were reading, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. Her greatest love was motherhood. She was truly a gift to all of the children in our family. Survived by the love of her life, her soulmate of 47 years Michael A. Shumski, son Michael J. Shumski, (wife April), daughter Shera Lynn Reeves. Grandchildren Tyler, Trevor, Zachary, Jake, Nicholas and Natalie Rose. Daughter of the late Anthony and Helen Verzaro, sister Madeline Virginia, brother Anthony Jr. Other siblings Jeanette, Rose Marie,Constance, Eleanor, Sandra,John, Ronald and many nieces and nephews. Charlotte was the youngest of 10. She will forever be remembered by her infectious smile, and the unconditional love she gave to all that came into her life. A memorial gathering will be held 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Palms West Funeral Home, with a memorial service beginning at 2:00 PM.
