Charlie H. Godwin, 71, of Loxahatchee, Florida, passed away on Thursday, October 9, 2008. Born June 21, 1937 in Peachland, North Carolina, he was the son of James & Ruby (Staton) Godwin. Charlie was a retired veteran of the United States Air Force.
Charlie?s memory will be cherished by his loving wife Emilia (Vattiat) Godwin; daughter Corinne (Bill) Maniaci; grandchild, Danial (Dan) Meuli; sisters, Linda, Margaret, & Gertrude.
A visitation will be held 10:00 AM ? 12:00 PM at Palms West Funeral Home with a service beginning at 12:00 PM. Burial is to follow at South Florida VA National Cemetery in Lake Worth, Florida.
