Chanchai Tuvamontolrat

Chanchai Tuvamontolrat was a loving and dedicated son, brother, husband, father, and friend loved by many. He passed peacefully in his sleep surrounded by family on Monday, August 1, 2022, at 71 years young. Chai was born in Bangkok, Thailand, on February 24, 1951, to Chokeng Sae-Show and Tichong Sae-Tang. He immigrated to the U.S. in 1974. Chai met Chantana in 1983. They were married in 1986 and had two wonderful children. Chai traded his fun-loving serving job where he enjoyed perks such as free food, in order to transition to a more stable career when it came time to raise a family. He spent 30 devoted years working for the U.S. Postal Service. In his spare time, Chai loved spending time with family and was an avid foodie. He was always down to drive for delicious dumplings to the delight of his children. Chai is survived by his loving wife, Chantana; two children Top and Tipyana; mother Chokeng Sae-Show; siblings Satit, Sitta, Suthee, Kanitha, and Darika; and beloved cat Lucky; as well as many cousins, nieces, and nephews. A wake service is scheduled for 4:00 pm on Friday, August 5, 2022 at Palms West Funeral home.
