Cecilia Rosenzwieg

Cecilia Fatima Rosenzweig, of Jupiter, Florida, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2026, at the age of 64. She was born on January 14, 1962, to her loving parents, Dolour Anthony George and Lettie George, in Johannesburg, South Africa. She worked as a personal assistant for George and Diana Abouzeid in Wellington for 15 years and continued her work for an additional 10+ years as an Accountant/Executive Assistant for Rev. Donald Munroe and later Rev. Mario Castaneda until 2026. She married Leslie Rosenzweig in 1983, and together they shared 42 wonderful years of marriage. Cecilia enjoyed spending as much time as she could with her loving family, including her mother; her three brothers, Derek, Gary, and Gerard, along with their wives and children; her son and daughter, Garreth and Leigh-Ann, and their spouses. She would have given the world to her grandson, Kade. She was known for her generous and loving heart and for constantly putting others before herself. She had a way of making everyone around her feel special, safe, and deeply cared for. Her laughter, her warmth, and the love she gave so effortlessly will stay with us for the rest of our lives. She is survived by her husband, Leslie; her son and daughter, Garreth and Leigh-Ann; and her grandson, Kade. A funeral service will be held at St. Rita Catholic Church on May 27, 2026, beginning at 10:00 AM with adoration and the rosary, followed by the funeral service. Burial will follow at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery, with a reception afterward at St. Rita Catholic Church.
