Catherine "Cat" Campbell Green, age 49, passed away on Friday, May 10, 2019. She was born September 7, 1969 in Patchogue, New York to the late Allan B. Campbell and to Joan (Shirley) Campbell. Catherine was a 1987 graduate of Santaluces High School in Lantana, Florida. She worked in family fence and childcare businesses, served in the restaurant industry, and was a certified personal trainer who was establishing an organization that helped children and adolescents become more active and overcome obesity. Catherine was kind, creative, intelligent, beautiful, charismatic, witty, thoughtful, direct, courageous, athletic, and funny. She loved animals, advocacy, pro football, kids' baseball, the beach, road trips, children, holidays, family, friends, and concerts as passionately as she disliked selfishness, all condiments, and tree frogs. She is preceded in death by her father Allan B. Campbell; nephew Brandon Campbell; half-sister Denise Elliott; cousin Richard "Ricky" Catanzano; grandparents; and several aunts, uncles, and good friends. Catherine is survived by her mother Joan; daughter Taylor; sons Campbell "Dylan" and Nicholas; stepsons Konnor and Kiefer McGhee; stepdaughter Kassidy McGhee; brothers Allan, James, William, and Thomas Campbell; sister Suzanne Campbell Borda; half-brother Scott French; and several loving family members and friends. Family, friends, and others whose lives Catherine touched are invited to PALMS WEST FUNERAL HOME, 110 Business Park Way, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411, on Friday, May 17, 2019 from 3-6 p.m. to celebrate the impact she made on our individual lives and within the community.
