Carol Anne Gache

Carol Anne Gache' , Age 69, passed away June 5, 2016 in Jupiter, FL. after a 7 year battle with cancer. Born on December 30, 1946 in Raleigh, North Carolina to John and Violet Richers. Carol lived in Raleigh, North Carolina as a child and moved to Florida at the age of 9. She graduated from Cardinal Newman High School in 1964. She attended Palm Beach Community College. In 1972, with her late husband Bill, opened Woodland Enterprises, Inc. Over the past 40 years, the family run business constructed hundreds of homes in South Florida. Carol's proudest moments were the birth of her three daughters. During her daughters' younger years, she enjoyed going to their softball tournaments and being the team mom. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. Carol enjoyed traveling the world, cross word puzzles, watching the Atlanta Braves, and spending time with her family. A year ago, Carol took her family on an Alaskan cruise that created a lifetime of memories. She is survived by daughter Carla Hansel (Kris), daughter Jennifer Townsend (Eric), daughter Stephanie Sejnoha (Michael), her sister Terri Humphrey, sister Mary Adolphson (Dan), sister Barbara McCune, and sister Nancy Fabben (Glenn). She also leaves 7 grandchildren, Taylor Hansel, Zachary Hansel, Erin Townsend, Emery Townsend, Kayla Sejnoha, Molly June Sejnoha, and Derek Sejnoha. A viewing will be held 5 – 7 p.m. on Monday, June 13th at Palms West Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Palm Beach Gardens on Tuesday, June 14th with entombment to follow at Riverside Memorial Park in Tequesta.
