Carol Ann Cudak

Carol Ann Cudak was born in Brooklyn, New York on January 1, 1936. She entered Heaven's gates on September 24, 2018. After marrying the love of her life, Richard in 1954 together they raised 5 children in Stony Brook, NY before moving to Coral Springs, FL in 1980. Carol was predeceased by her loving husband of 55 years, Richard P. Cudak Sr. and grand-daughter Katie Graves Follette. Carol is survived by her 5 children Richard Cudak Jr. (Stacy) of Texas, Kathryn Cudak, Susan Graves (Larry), Lynn Clavette (Richard) and William Cudak (Eva) all of Florida. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Megan Graves, Suzanne Clavette, Michelle Clavette Dalton, Ryan Graves and Eric Cudak. She had three great-grandchildren, Ryleigh Holl, Kendall Holl and Makenzie Follette. A private family Internment will be along side her Loving Husband at the South Florida VA National Cemetery
