Carlton Williams was born on March 4th, 1935 to the union of Stanley and Ida Williams in Westmoreland, Jamaica. Carlton, aka Billy, Billy the Kid, was a renowned chef in Jamaica specializing in Chinese Jamaican Cuisine, preparing dishes for local socialites, musical artists, and political figures. Being a professional chef he acquired the name Prof. Everyone loved Prof. He was just like one of the boys, always ready to have a good time. In his later years Prof attended the Consuming Fire church, where he was baptized in February, 2010. He later became a regular attendee at Faith Cathedral Worship Center. His presence in our lives was a gift we will always cherish. Carlton departed this life on Monday, January 14th, 2013. He leaves to cherish his memory: His wife: Keturah Haynes Williams (Miss Amy). Two brothers: Ivan and Rexie. Five sisters: Jean, Sylvia, Alga, Barbara and Lorna.
