Age 71 of West Palm Beach, Fl. (the acreage) passed away on Friday, Nov. 10, 2017. He is survived by his loving wife Pamela Skaggs; two daughters, Rebecca Skaggs and husband Andrew Fogel, Carla (Craig) Nugent and six grandchildren. A visitation will be held at Acts II Assembly of God Church 13000 Okeechobee Road, Loxahatchee, Fl.from 11:00 AM - 12:00 Noon with a Service at 12:00 Noon.
