Calvin Allenby Bodden

Calvin Allenby Bodden, 74 years of age, passed away in West Palm Beach on April 23, 2012. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years Marcia, daughter Jackie, sons Damian, Carlos and Marcal, three daughters-in-law, two brothers, two sisters, 12 grand-children, 3 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Calvin was a founding member of Jamaicans of the Palm Beaches and an instrumental activist in the Jamaican Community. In lieu of flowers please make donations to The Jamaicans of the Palm Beaches or The Neuroscience ICU department at St.Mary's Medical Center. A viewing will be held on May 4, 2012 from 5-7pm at Palms West Funeral Home located at 110 Business Park Way, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411. Following the viewing, please join us for refreshments at the Jamaican's of the Palm Beaches Center, 408 17th Street, West Palm Beach, FL 33407 (located at the northwest corner of 17th Street and Dixie Highway). Funeral service will be held on Saturday May 5, 2012 at St. John Fisher Catholic Church, 4001 North Shore Drive, West Palm Beach, FL 33407 at 11:00am. Repass will follow in the St. John Fisher Catholic Church Hall. His home going service will be on Saturday, May 19, 2012 at 10:00am at St. Paul's of the Cross Catholic Church in Mandeville, Jamaica.
