Bryan Michael James Costanza, age 32, was called home on August 28, 2017. Bryan is survived by his loving Parents Michael and Susan Costanza, Brother Christopher. Maternal Grandmother Madeline Accardi and Paternal Grandmother Nancy Madison. Aunts Vicki Accardi, Debbie Mylacraine, Sandy Korbel, Brenda Costanza, Cousins Jessica Cotterman, Michael Korbel, Justin Korff, Danielle Stone, Steven Mylacraine and Jared Ricks. His best friend, companion, pet and love of his life Dottie. Bryan was a graduate of Santaluces High School and went on to Palm Beach Culinary Institute, where he graduated and went on to become a chef. Bryan has worked at several venues including Gala Catering where he prepared meals on movie locations for various celebrities. Most recently he was a chef at the Olive Garden in Boca Raton. Family, friends, cooking, fishing and his love for animals, particularly dogs, were some of Bryan's passions. His charismatic, loving personality and joy for life were spread to all who met and knew Bryan. Bryan was an organ donor and was considered a HERO by the Life Alliance Organ Recovery Agency at the University of Miami. Services will be held at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery, 10941 Southern Blvd, Royal Palm Beach, on Wednesday, September 6th at 12:30 pm. There will be a celebration of life held from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm at the Lakes of Sherbrooke Club House, located at 8130 Havasu Court, Lake Worth, FL.
