Blanche Chiappa

Blanche Chiappa beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and aunt passed away on February 2, 2020, she was 86 years old. Predeceased by her husband Charles Chiappa and grandson Joseph O'Callaghan. She leaves behind her sister Frances and her children Gary, Phyllis (Joe) and Stephen (Roseann). Loving grandmother of Michael, Ryan, Stephen, Alexandra and 4 great grandchildren. She also leaves behind Ann & John Circolone who were relatives by marriage but as close as siblings. Blanche had a long career with the City of New York Department of Social Services, where she enjoyed long lasting friendships with many of her colleagues. The family would like to thank the Lourdes Noreen Mckeen Residence & their staff for all the assistance & care they provided.
