Ben Brian Preston

Ben Brian Preston, beloved husband, father and grandfather, passed away on March 5, 2024, at the age of 72. He was born on December 13, 1951, in Biloxi, Mississippi to Benjamin and Anne Preston. Ben is survived by his wife of 52 years, Karen Preston, their two children, Andrea Preston and Ryan Preston, two granddaughters, Anna Thornton and Emma Preston, as well as many loving family members and friends. Ben was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather who was proud of his family and treasured every moment spent with them. Ben served as a firefighter with the City of West Palm Beach Fire Department for 28 years. During this time, Ben founded Preston Enterprises, a successful roofing company that he started in 1984 and built from the ground up. Ben's dedication to duty, coupled with his unmatched work ethic, made him a trusted and respected colleague and businessman. Ben will be remembered for his kind heart, integrity, and his famous dry sense of humor. His legacy of service, love, and generosity will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him. A memorial service to honor and celebrate Ben's life will be held on April 20, 2024 at the Village Walk Clubhouse located at 2500 Village Walk Circle, Wellington, FL 33414, from 2 pm to 6 pm.
