He is survived by hid wife Elizabeth, daughter Amy, father and mother Erasmo and Cidalisa Velez, brother Axel and sister Mildred. The family will receive friends on Monday, August 10, 2009 from 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM with interment following at the South Florida VA National Cemetery in Lake Worth, Fl. at 1:30 PM
