Anthony F. Scatuorchio, 93, born in Jersey City, New Jersey and formerly of Littleton, Co. and Port St. Lucie, Florida, died Saturday, Nov. 12, 2011 at the Lourdes – Noreen McKeen Residence in West Palm Beach Florida. Anthony was a graduate of Georgetown, University. He served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II and retired as a Lt. Colonel from the Air Force Reserves. He was a regional Vice President of the Hertz Corporation and retired after 40 years of dedicated service. After retirement his main interest was continuing and improving his golf game and by those who knew him he did that very well. Mr. Scatuorchio was predeceased by his loving wife of 64 years, Merlyn H. Scatuorchio; and is survived by his daughters, Pamela S. Scott of Westport, CT., Lyn S. Jennings of Sea Girt, NJ. and Tina S. Goodwin of Denver, Co. and by his son, Anthony F. Scatuorchio of New York City, NY.; and a sister, Mary Lou Henderson of Palm Beach, FL. He is also, survived by six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He will be remembered with love and affection and many are blessed to have known him.
