Anita Tetro

Anita Tetro, 67, of Wellington, passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2009. Born in Liverpool, England, she was the daughter of Harold and Annie (Fairbrother) Evans. Anita moved from England in 1961 to become a nanny for a family in New York where she met her future husband of 48 years, the late Earl Tetro. Together they raised a family in Connecticut and later moved to Florida in 1979. She enjoyed her career as a bookkeeper until her retirement 5 years ago. Anita was a loving mother to Tina (Paul) Lohnes; cherished grandmother to Bobbi-Jo Derosier, Christianna Todd and Devoney Lohnes; beloved great grandmother to Dax, Arianna, Kaiden, Juliana, Calissa and Jayden. A viewing will be held 7-9 PM on Friday, November 27, 2009 at Palms West Funeral Home with a wake service beginning at 8:00 PM. A Mass of the Resurrection will be held 12 Noon on Saturday, November 28, 2009 at Our Lady Queen of the Apostles Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice By The Sea, 1531 W Palmetto Park Road Boca Raton, FL 33486.
