Anise Dianne Dudiak passed away on October 2, 2026. She was born on April 1, 1943, in Paterson, NJ to Frederick and Margaretta Carroll

Anise will be remembered as a woman of warmth, tradition, and deep affection for the people and animals she loved. She was a huge animal lover, and among her greatest joys was riding and caring for her horses. She also loved hosting holidays and carrying forward family traditions, creating gatherings that brought loved ones together and gave lasting meaning to special occasions. Along with the comforts of home and family, she embraced the wider world and traveled extensively, making memories through her journeys.

She was preceded in death by husband Thomas Dudiak, sister Dawn Herman, and parents, Frederick and Margaretta Carroll.

Anise is survived by her son, Stephen Dudiak, and her many nieces, cousins and their children
