Angelo C. (Charlie) Moavero Born: Stamford, Connecticut 2/14/1929 Died: Boynton Beach, Florida 11/9/2007 Son of the late Alphonse and Mary Moavero. Predeceased by his loving wife of 43 years, Carmella Valenzano Moavero. Survivors: Son, Charles Moavero of Henderson, Nevada; Daughter, Elaine Stuart of Boynton Beach, Florida; Granddaughter, Kristyn Moavero of Bensenville, Illinois; Sisters: Carol and Barbara; Family and friends especially the McCauleys, Palmuccis, and Stuarts. Served in the U.S. Army in Korea. Received the Korean Service Medal w/2 Bronze Service Stars, United Nations Service Medal, and Two Overseas Bars. Employed by Standard News for 21 years before retiring in 1986. Hobbies: He enjoyed bowling, bocci and poker. Longtime fan of the NY Yankees and NJ Giants.
