Angela Santino Proto Vigliotto

Angela Santino Proto Vigliotto, 89, formerly of West Palm Beach, FL, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at her home in North Haven, CT, with her family by her side. Angela was born in New Haven CT on October 21, 1926, daughter of the late Peter and Maria DiChello Santino and had worked for the former First Federal Bank of CT until her retirement. Mother of Blase (Donna) Proto of Wellington FL, Guy (Terrie) Proto of Palm Beach Gardens FL, Carla Proto of North Haven CT and Peter (Michelle) Proto of Meriden CT. Grandmother of Tracy White, Danielle (Matt) Plante, Anna (Steve) Holtzhauser and Ryan Proto. Great-Grandmother of Carlee Holtzhauser and Victoria Plante. Sister of Phyllis Mazziotti. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Angela was predeceased by her first husband Guy Proto, her brothers Angelo, Michael, Lee, Frank, Harry and Joseph Santino, her sister Connie Esposito, and her second husband Angelo Vigliotto. A visitation will be held at Palms West Funeral Home on Saturday, January 9th from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery.
