Angel Carvajal was born July 10, 1928, in Santa Fe de Antioquia, Colombia. He was born to the union of Pedro Nolasco Carvajal and Maria Jacoba Lopez. He passed away the morning of September 7, 2017. Born and raised in Colombia, S.A. At a very young age, Angel relocated from his hometown to the city of Medellin, Colombia. In Medellin he met, Maria Tobon who would became his wife in a marriage that lasted fifty-five years. Together they raised nine children. Angel was trailblazer and in an effort to forged a better life for his family he relocated to the United States. Two years after his move, the rest of his family re-united in New Holland, PA. Angel was a very patriotic man and was very grateful for his opportunity to live in the land of milk and honey. Angel led a happy life surrounded by his family. He was known for his love for God, family and country. He was a gentle; faithful loving husband, father, and with his quiet nature led by example. Angel was incredible at everything: as a son, a brother, a husband, a father, an amazing grandfather and great grandfather to his "little ones" and a friend to so many. Angel had a passion for soccer and wrestling. He leaves behind to cherish his memory and continue with his legacy his loving children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, his siblings and a host of nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends. When Angel was asked about his legacy he said, "I want to be remembered as a person who was loved, a strong person who loved his family first and a great person who had a great relationship with his God."
