Andrew Arthur Fader October 8, 1971 – March 4, 2015 Andrew Arthur Fader, age 43 of Lake Worth Florida passed away March 4, 2015. Andrew was born October 8, 1971 in Detroit Michigan. Andrew is survived by his father, DeVere Arthur Fader (Candace) of Punta Gorda, FL; daughter Faith Fader of Tampa, FL; sisters Lisa Gardner of St. Cloud, FL; Carrie Kintz (Brian) of San Diego, CA; and Fiancee Stacey Nottingham. Andrew was preceded in death by his mother, Janice Louise Fader. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. A memorial gathering for Andrew Arthur Fader will be Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 2:00 pm at the pavilion at Bryant Park South, Lake Worth Ave. Lake Worth, FL
