Andrea M Mcleod

Loving wife, mother, and grandmother, Andrea McLeod, passed away on June 16, 2023, after a short illness. Andrea was born, Andrea Yurcho in Youngstown, Ohio, and was preceded in death by her parents, Veronica and Andrew Yurcho, and her sister Joann (Yurcho) Abdu. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, William Paul McLeod, her daughter Paula McLeod and her son Andrew McLeod. Andrea and Paul moved their family to West Palm Beach in 1985 where Andrea was a Palm Beach County school teacher for many years. Upon retirement, Andrea devoted all her free time to her granddaughters, Danielle Henderson (Ft. Myers) and Isabella Henderson (Lantana). Andrea adored her only two granddaughters and because of her incomparable looks was often mistaken as their mother which always made her day. Andrea loved the theatre and attending shows with her daughter and granddaughters. If she had free time, she loved reading and gardening. Over the course of their happy marriage, Andrea and Paul shared many memorable trips to Hawaii, Alaska, and Las Vegas and enjoyed family cruises. Andrea will be forever and dearly missed as a wonderful and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was a friend to all and shared her warm smile with everyone. . If you visit feel free to wear something colorful as Andrea was full of color and often wore bright colors and jewelry to keep her student's attention.
