Amritlal Trambaklal Joshi, 89, of Wellington, FL passed away on Friday, November 30, 2018 at his home. He was born November 7, 1929 in Mukono, Uganda. Amritlal is reunited with his "sweetheart" Ramagauri in heaven. Amritlal was a successful business man as a coffee producer, ice cream distributor, and other small businesses. He left Uganda in 1971 and moved to London, UK with his family. He had continued on with businesses until 2011 when he migrated to Florida, USA to live with his son Kaushik and his family. His many amazing experiences and escapades made for great stories. He was very highly regarded and a joy to be around. Amritlal was the father and grandfather, the Patriarch for everyone. He is lovingly remembered by his four children, Bharati M. Bhatt and her husband, Mukesh of Palm City; Kaushik A. Joshi and his wife Banshri of Wellington; Rohini B. Joshi and her husband Bharatkumar D. Joshi of Bethlehem, PA and Suhagani K Bhatt and her husband Kirit Bhatt of Cooper City; as well as his eleven grandchildren, Hem and his fiancé Samantha, Bindi and her husband Neil, Bhavesh and his wife Neelam, Deeva, Hemal and his wife Neesha, Millan and his wife Kejal, Nandita and her husband Anand, Priya, Shivani and her fiancé Parag, Tejal, and Sita; along with his seven great grandchildren. He was also closely embraced by his brothers and sisters and families living in the UK and India. A prayer ceremony followed by cremation service will be held on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 10 am at Palms West Funeral Home and Crematory, 110 Business Park Way, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Amritlal's honor to the American Cancer Society.
