Born in Pahokee, FL on January 17, 1924, Albert is survived by his wife, Carolyn Bell; daughters, Diane Babcock (Michael) and Kimberly Matthews; son, Eugene M. Bell; 3 grandchildren; and sister, Barbara Castle. There will be a viewing at 9am on Saturday, September 8, 2007 for family only.
