Alan Buchner

Alan Philip Buchner passed away peacefully at home on Friday, October 14, 2022. He was born in Jericho, NY on March 27, 1958, to Marvin and Phyllis Buchner. Alan grew up boating with his father and realized that was his passion. He loved the water and spent his life in the boating industry. From off-roading on atvs, ski trips to Big Sky, family cruises, and outings on his Larson- he cherished time with his family. Once he retired, he developed a talent for woodworking. Family and friends display his works with pride. Alan is survived by his wife, Karen, sons, Jason and Ryan, granddaughter, Avana, mother Phyllis, sister, Caryn, and dog, Montana. He leaves behind many beloved in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He will be dearly missed. A service is planned for Friday, October 28 from 12:30-2:00 pm at Palms West Funeral Home, 110 Business Park Way, Royal Palm Beach, FL. Followed by a burial at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery at 2:30 pm, 10941 Southern Blvd, Royal Palm Beach, FL. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your local humane society or animal shelter.
