Adriana Alvarado Niedda (Mami), age 97 of West Palm Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday morning, October 21st, 2015. The family matriarch, Adriana was born on July 13, 1918 in David, Chiriqui, Panama, Republic of Panama. She was the beloved daughter of Teofilo Alvarado and Adriana Segovia Alvarado. She is survived by her adoring husband of 74 years, Harmodio Niedda Rovira (Papi), along with her five children, Adriana Isabel Niedda, Harmodio (Tito) Niedda (Barbara), Giovanni Niedda (Elzi), Hogier Antonio (Tony) Niedda (April), and Jaime Abdiel Niedda (Amy) and the beauty of 19 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Adriana lived a fruitful life; she loved the life God gave her and lived it to the fullest. Inspiring all with a devoted marriage of 74 miraculous years, Adriana's family began from a glance of passion between her and the love of her life, Harmodio. She leaves behind a family legacy of love that will live on forever. Her life was filled with genuine joyfulness that touched the lives of all who knew her with wonderful times and laughter. Her passion for music was evident through her love for the piano and guitar, which she played beautifully and was always a part of the family get-togethers. We had a wonderful mother, Although she was 97 she was always young at heart. Her smile was made of sunshine, And her heart was solid gold. Her words were filled with laughter and fun, And in her smile was as bright as the sun. We had a wonderful mother, grandmother and friend, And that's the way it will always be.
