It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of our beloved Michel "Mike" Hebert. Mike passed away on January 31, 2023 in Lake Worth, FL at the age of 61. Mike was married to his best friend and love of his life Theresa "Terri" for 41 years. He was a loving father of Lindsey (Col McCowan) Hebert and Ashley (Phil) Maszak. Mike Was the son of Roland Hebert and the late Marcel Hebert. He was also a son-in-law to Sandra Bowers. He had three grandchildren whom he loved and adored, Philip (PJ) Maszak, Laila Maszak and Caden McCowan. Mike was a brother to Mario Hebert, Gaetan (Wendy) Hebert, Chantal (Lorne) Turner and Lucy Hebert. Mike was blessed to be an Uncle to many nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces. Mike is reunited with the loved ones who earned their wings before him. His Father Marcel Hebert, his Father-In-Law Richard Diem, Step Father-In-Law Paul Bowers, Brother-In-Law Larry Gilbert, Sister-In-Law Diane Sanvido Hebert, Brother-in-Law Gary Diem and Nephew Garnet Recoskie. Mike was born in Cap-De-La-Madeline, Quebec, Canada on May 23, 1961 and relocated to Campbellville, Ontario, Canada. Once married, Mike spent time with his wife and children in Canada until moving to Lake Worth, FL in 1992. Mike worked within the standardbred industry as a groom, trainer and driver. Mike worked as a driver and front end loader operator for The Bushel Stop and then worked at Waste Management as a driver/sanitation engineer. Mike enjoyed playing pool, working in the yard, watching his family's horses racing by simulcast and spending time with his family. A celebration of life will be held at Palm West Funeral Home on Sunday, February 19, 2023. Visitation hours are from 1:00PM to 3:00PM with service to follow.
