2nt Lt. Alexander N.S. Prezioso II, U.S.M.C., 23, of Lake Worth, FL. passed away during a routine training flight, along with his training instructor, Major David Yaggy, on Friday, March 14, 2008. Born in Paterson, NJ., he was the 2nd child of Francine (LoConte) Prezioso R.N., & Alexander N. Prezioso M.D. After graduating from Jefferson Township High School in NJ, he attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL. He graduated in 2006 with honors as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Marine Corps., and went on to become a Naval Aviator. He loved riding his motorcycle, shooting at the range, aerobatic aviation, lacrosse, boxing, and physical fitness. Alexander?s memory will be cherished by his parents, Francine Prezioso of Lake Worth, FL. & Alexander N. (Joan) Prezioso M.D. of Lake Hopatcong, NJ; older sister, Tara Prezioso D.V.M.; younger brothers, Nicholas & Michael; grandmothers, Virginia LoConte & Fay Prezioso; aunts, Rosie (Ron) DeLuca, Theresa Prezioso; uncles, Joseph LoConte, Anthony (Martha) Prezioso; cousins, Ron, Gemma, & Anthony. He was predeceased by his 2 grandfathers, Sergio Prezioso & Joseph LoConte. A funeral mass will be held 3 pm on Monday, March 24, 2008 at Holy Name Catholic Church in West Palm Beach, FL and a visitation will follow at Palms West Funeral Home, in Royal Palm Beach from 6?8 pm with a wake service starting at 7:30 pm. A burial will take place at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, VA.
