Salvatore Anthony Militello

Salvatore Anthony Militello, 84, of Wellington Fla, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday September 4, 2020. Born on September 13, 1935 in Paterson NJ, He was a loving husband to his wife Dorothy, of 66 years. Sal went to the Lord, surrounded by his loving family which includes his four children, Debra, Carol, Joseph and Joann. Sal was a Military Veteran and proudly served the United States Army until his Honorable Discharge in 1962. He was a parishioner at Saint Ritas for over 30 years watching the Church grow and serving the Lord. He retired at the age of 80 after 30 years as a Manager for Publix Supermarket. A loving Grandfather of eight, and loving Great-Grandfather of five. Sal was a true gift from God and was adored by everyone he met in his life. He respected and cared for everyone from his Medical background in the Military (SP6-E6) and Volunteering his time for Haledon Emergency Ambulance in NJ. Sal would have been 85, Sunday September 13th. Our hearts will ache, and we will continue to shed tears for a long time. We Love and Miss you more than words. We take comfort in knowing he is with the Lord.
