Kenneth Carmine Varone

Kenneth C. Varone, 67, passed away on June 23, 2015. Ken was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He became an accomplished musician and played professionally for more than 50 years throughout South Florida. Ken also was part of the administrative support for the Miami Shores Police Department as well as the Sunny Isles Beach Police Department. Ken was a loving husband for nearly 42 years and is survived by his wife, Litha. He was a wonderful father and grandfather and is survived by his three adult children, Daniel (Melissa), Sandra and David (Janine); and his grandchildren Arianna and Genevieve. Ken loved to travel and cook, but most of all, he loved to be with his family and friends. He will be missed more than words can describe. In memoriam of Ken, and as a part of his legacy, the family is establishing an educational fund for his grandchildren. Fund information to be announced.
